System Overview
Management & Information System for Integrated Business of Labor Security is a
comprehensive solution newly developed by Sinobest for labor security businesses. Labor security
business system is one of the three major businesses of social security information system and is a
large-scale information system project integrating computer technology and network communication
technology. It is an application system provided to the customers, that is irrelative to operation

1. The system is inconsistent with the relevant national standards, ministerial standards of
Ministry of Labor & Social Security and "Standard of Guangdong Province for General Design of
Social Security Information System";
2. The system adopts advanced B/S/S three-layer architecture to separate user interface,
business logic and data logic so as to increase the reusability, safety and portability of the
software;
3. This business software supports the current mainstream operation systems, databases and
middleware;
4. The business program supports configuration at levels of province and municipality, the
flexible demand of data distribution and centralization, and also satisfies the centralized
management of basic information and published information in the province;
5. With parameter setting about policies and etc, the difference of businesses in different
